Your time.
Just for you.

You do a lot.
You think a lot.
And sometimes, you lose sight of yourself along the way.
Yoga can be a way back.
Back to your body.
Back to your breath.
Back to your awareness.
You don’t have to be flexible.
You don’t have to be athletic.
You don’t have to know how to do anything special.
You can simply come as you are.
My yoga classes are about reconnecting with yourself.
Your body.
Your breath.
Your thoughts.
Feeling.
Sensing.
Observing.
Being present with yourself.
What you’ll find with me

Small, welcoming groups where you feel at ease.
Peaceful time just for yourself.
Movement without the pressure to perform.
A chance to step off the treadmill of constant achievement.
Guidance that works for you.
Breathing exercises that support you.
A deeper understanding of your own body.
Becoming aware.
Feeling.
Sensing.
Finding calm.
Observing.
Stability and strength.
Without having to make it feel like a workout.
The joy of movement.
The joy of yoga.
For curious beginners.
And experienced yogis, too.
Even if you have physical limitations.
Move differently.

My style of yoga invites you to discover your body in a whole new way.
Gentle, intelligent movement.
Balance.
Playfulness.
Curiosity.
Move more.
And move deeper.
It’s not about performing a pose perfectly.
It’s about feeling:
How does this movement feel to me?
How does my body feel?
What feels good for me?
Less of a work-out.
More of a work-in.
Back to myself.

Feeling myself.
Becoming aware of myself.
Letting go of external pressure.
Letting go of expectations.
Stepping away from a world where the clock never stops ticking.
This is what led me to yoga in 2009.
It started with back pain.
Then it took me deeper and deeper into myself.
Including during my pregnancies.
What an extraordinary transformation.
One that is still unfolding.
And that’s a good thing.
Today, I teach yoga
because I keep experiencing for myself how good it feels
to pause, become aware and reconnect with myself.
Yoga is my companion.
It brings me peace.
It gives me flexibility.
And strength, too.
Strength to face life’s challenges.
And now, I’d like to share this journey with you.
Back to you.
Back to BEING.

Maybe this here resonates with you.
Maybe it sparks your curiosity.
An hour to move.
To breathe.
To feel.
Or simply to be.
Come with an open mind and see where it takes you.
Give yourself the chance to explore.
I look forward to meeting you.
